Please note that the SOCIETY FOR AIDS IN AFRICA (SAA), the organizers of ICASA 2015, will not be responsible for any payments made outside of our jurisdiction and as such will not be liable and bound by law to process any refund whatsoever.
Transportation.
Delegates are kindly required to pay $50 for Transportation costs during the 18Th ICASA conference. This fee will cover transportation from the airport starting from the 27th to the 29Th November. Departure to the airport is on the 5th December. In addition Hourly Shuttles will also be available from the Harare International conference TO THE AIRPORT during the conference.
Shuttle service will also be available to carry delegates from their hotels to the venue in the morning and back to their hotels in the evening. (TIMES TO BE DISPLAYED AT THE HOTELS)
