ZIMBABWE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT INTRODUCES E-CONFERENCE VISA SECTION ON THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Good news ICASA Delegate,

The Zimbabwe Immigration with effect from 1 October 2025 will introduce a section for conference delegate’s visa applications online on the e-visa website. As you start your application, when you get to the purpose of the visit, choose conferencing.

Requirements for the E-Conferencing VISA

1. Letter of invitation
2. Passport Scan (bio data – valid for at least 6 months)
3. Copy of any previous Zimbabwe VISA (if any)

Delegates are encouraged to make their VISA application on time to avoid any inconveniences. Visit https://www.evisa.gov.zw make your application now.

VISA REGIME

Category A:

Countries whose nationals do not require Visas. The table below gives an impression of the countries considered under this category:

Category B:

Countries whose nationals obtain visas at the port of entry after paying visa fees. The table below gives an overview of the countries considered under this category:

Category C:

Countries whose nationals obtain are required to apply and obtain visas prior to traveling. Zimbabwe Tourism Authority works closely with the Department of Immigration in ensuring that conference delegates are assisted with visa facilitation especially for those that are required to get visa prior to travel.

NB: Since not all countries on the globe could be included on the Visa regime schedules, countries not appearing on any of the 3 tables above are automatically considered to fall in Visa Category C i.e. (Countries whose nationals are required to apply for and obtain visa prior to travelling to Zimbabwe)
